Starting Monday morning, a wind advisory will be in place, creating the potential for gusts reaching up to 30 mph, especially in locations like Simi Valley. In addition to the winds, temperatures in Los Angeles County will see a decrease, with some parts of the San Fernando Valley expected to dip into the low 70s. Meteorologist Rose Schoenfeld from the National Weather Service in Oxnard has reported these temperature changes and warned of possible patchy drizzle beginning late Sunday night.

In the San Gabriel Mountains, temperatures are set to drop into the 40s and 50s, with the potential for snowfall at higher elevations. As the week unfolds, a gradual increase in temperatures is anticipated by Thursday, coupled with the possibility of patchy fog after 11 p.m. That night, temperatures are expected to settle to around 49 degrees.

For sports enthusiasts, the Los Angeles Dodgers will be facing off against their opponents in Game 3 of the World Series on Monday night in New York, where temperatures are forecasted to dip to a low of 47 degrees, accompanied by partly cloudy skies. As the week progresses and games 4 and 5 are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday nights, temperatures in New York will hover in the 50s, creating an interesting contrast to the weather back home.
