This remarkable transaction not only breaks the previous record for home sales in Palm Beach by almost $100 million but also qualifies as the most ever paid for a single detached home in the entire United States. However, the estate was never listed publicly, leading to a scarcity of information and varying reports on the final sale price.

While The New York Post suggests the price tag is around $200 million, local outlets such as the Palm Beach Post and the Palm Beach Daily News claim the figure is closer to $100 million. Regardless of the exact amount, it is clear that this deal surpasses the local record set earlier this year at $105 million. Such staggering figures highlight the intense competition and high demand for luxury real estate in this exclusive area.

The property, known as "La Reverie," is currently owned by Matrix Essentials co-founder Sydell Miller.
