In late July, emergency services rushed to a house in the Hollywood Hills to help a woman who was suffering from a drug overdose. That woman was 26-year-old singer/actress Demi Lovato. EMTs had to revive her with Narcan which is typically used on someone who has overdosed on fentanyl, heroin, and/or pain killers. Thankfully, Demi survived after being in the hospital for a week. She is currently getting clean at a rehabilitation facility somewhere in the U.S. and is looking to put her past behind her. The first step in putting her past in the rearview mirror? Selling the home where all the bad stuff happened.
Today it was revealed that Demi had listed her Hollywood Hills mansion for $9.45 million. The 5,564 square-foot estate is located just above the world-famous hotel Chateau Marmont. The gated property features 4 bedrooms and six bathrooms. It has unobstructed views from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean, making it a breathtaking location.
Lovato, who has a net worth of $33 million, purchased the house in September 2016 for $8.3 million. If she gets her asking price, Demi will make a nice little $1.1 million profit for owning the house for two years. This move not only signifies a fresh start for her but also reflects her determination to move forward.
