Actor Forest Whitaker has found a buyer for his 1.6-acre estate, which includes not just one but two separate houses, as reported by The Wall Street Journal. Selling at $3.85 million, this price is lower than the nearly $6 million he originally listed the property for back in 2017. By late 2019, Whitaker had already reduced the asking price to $4.3 million.

Considering the buyer is acquiring two houses for the price of one, $3.8 million is a reasonable deal. The estate features a stunning 4,705-square-foot main house styled in Mediterranean architecture, accompanied by another house that potentially serves as a guest house, measuring nearly 2,000 square feet. Altogether, this property boasts an impressive total of 11 bedrooms.
