The newly acquired land was previously owned by Frances Morehart, who passed away last year at the age of 93. Her estate sold the property, which features a charming Cape Cod-style house, similar to the one Lucas built when he first purchased land in the area back in 2010 for $19.5 million. This stunning beachfront location includes not only the main house but also a guest house, barn, and even a tree house, spread out over two acres of beautiful Pacific coastline.
